i have been bitterly disapointed in recent weeks by the so called service in the service department.--Williams Hunt @ Fourways.over the last twelve months excluding the lock-down period i have had to recall my vehicle to the service department for issues arising from the installation of various parts --were the constant recalls i have made HAVE NOT been resolved and it appears that i must accept these faults as being of a minor nature,-and just pay up and smile. My vehicle - a 2014 opel Astra Cosmo has in this period cost more than R80.000 which is just short of the trade in value of the car.the car was bought and serviced at Williams Hunt over the six year period the model has since been discontinued --but the relevance of that should not be that the acceptance of its condition as the fault could not be sucessfuly found should not be the service that can be described as the best offered by the dealership.--Under stress by this inaction i will seek confidence in other service dealers for a resolution to my vehicles problems.

Its no wonder that Opel south africa is in the brink of shutting down, and frankly at this rate, i am glad they will close the doors for good one day. Instead of being reasonable with parts from the dealership, they choose to extort us, the loyal customer for inexpensive items.R1000 FOR A RUBBER HOSE 20-28cm LONG. R980 for a lightbulb...And i can understand why other parts are being discontinued, but for such a recent model.Com'on Opel SA. Heres me as your loyal customer walking out your door, for a generic part cos you're just robbing me in plain daylight.Love the cars, love the product, what horrible aftersales service. Drive that to your grave.

Not bad service, friendly staff, but be prepared to get your petrol tank almost empty if you are going for certain repairs.
